I-Doping

Weeks ago I was looking the TV and in the Andres Openheimer’s show they present a new that seem really interesting. This new was about the new ways young people were doping or as the informal language says, “getting high”. Of all the show the way that attract my attention is called “I-doping” and consist only in using audio tracks with different kinds of sounds and rhythms, but how it works? if it does is what still have me curious. These audio tracks are being sold over the Internet and consist in a melody, composed in two tones that are called binaural. These digital songs played in high volume alter the brain waves and supposedly offer psychoactive effects on the listener, the same ones that some drugs give. Scientists have been considering if the idoping is harmful and how it may work. Nowadays they have found that I-doping is inoffensive and they say that the effects are even helpful for the persons that suffer from anxiety, even though some persons actually feel a state of ecstasy with this practice. Scientist argue that all is just suggestions from the user of what he wants to feel. What is certain is that this songs may harm you and after all the better way of living is out of all this vices that offer us the surroundings.
